TDITM Stitch #98

Happy Independence Day to all my USA friends!!

To celebrate, here's another seam treatment for you!!

The spokes on this stitch remind me a little of fireworks! I can imagine it in red, white, blue and metallic threads. Hope you all have a great and sunny day, filled with fun, family, and friends!...Oh, and lot's of stitching of course!!

Hi Kathy, How do you do those wonderful little drawings of your stitches? They look as if they are done on the computer. Do you have a special program or something. My poor students have to put up with my free hand drawing.
I have only just discovered your blog and think it is lovely.
Regards Linda

After much trial and error...I now use Illustrator to draw the stitches.

I am not proficient at it...by any means...but i struggle through. I expect Corel Draw or any type software that lets you draw circles and straight lines could be manipulated to do these types of drawings too.
